He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Paul Dunback and Alice Irene Harris (Brookshire); his siblings, Bobby Jo, Johnnie Lee Dunback, Corene and Mary Lee Dunback; and his stepfather Bill Harris.
He is survived by: his siblings, Freddie "Fred" Dunback (Deloris) of Eucha, Keith Dunback of California, Helen Griffin of Tulsa, Lois Dunback of California, Pauline Dunback-Schneck of Tennessee and Pat Frazee of Broken Arrow; and his great-nephew Robert Lee Hoover.
