He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Wygant and Dorothy Wygant; his stepdaughter Cindy Hobbs; and his sister Linda Spangler. He is survived by: his spouses, Martha Sue Bishop and Sue Wygant; his son Norman Albert Wygant Jr. of Tulsa; his stepson Lee Hobbs of Claremore; and his siblings, Dale Wygant of Muskogee, Carol Hutchison of Broken Arrow and Karen Toplovich of Tulsa. He is also survived by many other relatives and a host of friends.
