He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Norris and Kathryn Norris; and his brothers, Ed Norris and Donnie Gene Norris. He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Lay (Ross) and TeeJay Norris; his grandchildren, Madison Sorrels, Deuce Sorrels, Joshua Brown, Eric Lay, Sandy Lay, Addison and Ryleigh; and his great grandchild Amuni. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
