He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Walter Watters and Vivian Irene Watters (Fredrickson); his brothers, James Watters and Lawrence Watters; and his granddaughter Kristina Harris.
He is survived by: his former wife Alice Rosamary (Burns); his wife Rosemary; his son Luke Watters; his grandchildren, Matthew and Ann Harris; his great grandchildren, Kailey, Brityn, Macklin and Chad; and his brothers, Henry Watters, Larry Watters, Don Watters and Tom Watters. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Compassus Hospice.
