She is survived by: her husband Donald Wortham; her children, Juanita Kirkland (Johnny) of Eucha, OK, Lavarta Scott (Joey) of Stilwell, OK, Martin Eugene Wortham and Keith Wortham of Jay, OK; her grandchildren, Savannah Roark, Ron Tuell, Margaret Tidwell, Katlyn Pace, Kylie Kirkland, Amelia Wortham, Ashley Taylor, Marcus Mann, Miranda Moore and Christopher Wortham; her siblings, Gerald Byrd of Coweta, OK, Jackie Byrd of Eucha, OK and Brenda Spicer of Grove, OK; and her close friend Carol Cox. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
