He is survived by: his wife Frances; his adoptive children, William Fechner of Eucha, Alicia Fechner of Eucha and Andrew Sanders of Eucha; his grandchildren, Sammy Joe Keener, Kelly Hutto, Lorissa Jo Pope, Christian Dale Pope and Elvira Joann Fechner; and his great grandchildren, Samantha Keener and Chloe Pitman. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
