He is survived by: his stepmother Mattie Horstman of Heavener, Oklahoma; his children, Billy Horstman of Watonga, Johnny Horstman of Erick, Terry Horstman (Veronica) of Blanchard, Oklahoma and Meleah Conine of Coldwater, Kansas; and his siblings, Darrell Horstman Jr. of Fairview, Robert Horstman of Oklahoma City, Tony Horstman of Erick, Mark Shell of Mustang, Jeff Matheson of Marshall, Samuel Matheson of Kilgore, Texas, Tina Harkins of Erick, Vicki Rice of El Reno, Pam Gooden of Watonga and Diana Smith of Heavener, Oklahoma. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
