He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie McDowell; his parents, Thomas McDowell and Laura McDowell; and his siblings, Herbert, Granville, Johnny McDowell, Luella Brewer, Patsy Manrey and Ruby Smith.
He is survived by: his brother Harold McDowell; his children, Linda Moore (Gary) of Lubbock, TX, Doris Barnes (Wayne) of Sayre, OK, Steven McDowell (Jenny) of Erick, OK and Joyce Sutton (Todd) of Erick, OK; and his grandchildren, Linda Moore, Gary Moore, Shayla Hogg (Sutton), Brittany Lehmen (McDowell), Nicholas McDowell, Lacie Waldron (McDowell) and Lorene Barns. He is also survived by several great grandchildren as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
In order to protect all concerned and comply with CDC guidelines all attendees are encouraged to social distance and wear protective masks.
