He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Head and Grace Head (Gilliland); and his sister Norma Jean Phenix. He is survived by: his wife Gayla Head; his children, Jean Ann Street (Lynton) of Erick, OK and Todd Sutton (Joyce) of Erick, OK; his granddaughters, Shayla Hogg (Dustin) and Sydney Leibold (Karson); and his great grandchildren, Hattee Mae and Charlee Kate. He is also survived by friends, neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Texola or to the Erick Volunteer Fire Department.
