He is survived by: his children, Terry Francis, Cynthia Wilwant Rhodes, Sandra Downs (Jim) and Ed Kilpatrick (Shelley); and his grandchildren, Brandon Francis of Denver, CO, Madyson Francis-Richardson, Collin Francis, Bradyn Francis, Kenny Downs (D'Fawn), Todd Downs (Stephanie), Briana Renich (Dan), Craig Kilpatrick (Amber), Carl Kilpatrick, Brian Harper (Lori), Melissa Howell and Erick Harper (Kara). He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
