He was predeceased by: his wife Debra Bundy; and his father Lee Roy Welch. He is survived by: his children, Danielle Toone, Matthew Toone, Patrick Toone and Katie Toone; his grandsons, Caleb Toone and Orin Lovelace; his mother Wynona Morgan; and his siblings, Michael Toone, Lee Roy Welch, Andy McNinch, Gail Dunbar, Arlene Hale and Paula Harrison.
