He is survived by: his friend Laura Elizabeth "Betty" McIntyre; his children, William "Red" Middleton of Lawton, OK, Brian Middleton of Lawton, OK and Donna Bone of Louisville, KY.; his siblings, John R. Middleton of Vicksburg, MS, Thomas F. Middleton of Vicksburg, MS, Dean Middleton of Amory, MS, Jean Cuevas of Vicksburg, MS, Carol Simpson of Vicksburg, MS, Patty Beard of Memphis, TN and Sarah Ann Burton of Ohio; his granddaughters, Ashleigh Spencer, Victoria Rogers and Amberlee Middleton; and also, Madison Hunter, Thomas W. Spencer and William B. Spencer.
