He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. Masters and Opal Harris Masters; his siblings, Vinita Scheller and Glen Masters; and his wife Mary Elizabeth Masters (Beth).
He is survived by: his sister Marilyn Masters Fox of Tampa, FL.; his children, Polly Maxwell of Enid, OK and Marc Masters of Enid, OK.; his grandchildren, Brian Masters (Ali), Angela Johnson (Mark) of Norman, OK, Ashley Kimbrell (Mark) of Ponca City, OK and Trevor Maxwell; and his great grandchildren, Beckett, Gratia, Levi, Lucy Masters of Orange City, Iowa, Grant, Reid Johnson of Norman, OK, Jordan Kimbrell and Fayth Kimbrell of Oklahoma City.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Bill took pride in writing and recording devotionals for the church's online ministry.
