He was predeceased by: his parents, Othel "Oat" and Nellie McCartney Beebe; his daughter Ryanna; and his siblings, Russell, Wanda Beebe, Candis Beebe and Lola Mercer.
He is survived by: his wife Carilyn Layton; his children, Roger Beebe of Germany, Terry Beebe (Renee) of Enid, Darryl Beebe (Kindra) of Waukomis, Tracy Greenlee (Eddie) of New Mexico and Natalie Lobaugh (Rob) of Enid; and his sister Patsy Davis (Clyde) of Bison. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to OMRF-Cancer Division with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
