It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Arthur Capper Jr. (Enid, Oklahoma), who passed away on April 27, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur Capper Sr. and Bessie May Hays Capper. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Mayfield; and his children, William Arthur Capper III, Sharrell Hempfling, Patricia Becker and Nancy Garthe. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
