She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Renee Hulsey (Troy); her grandchildren, Adam Hulsey (Lesley) and Sarah Neathery Hulsey; and her great grandchildren, Arieanna, Hailey, Connor, Zoie, Grace, Carris and Kameron.
