He is survived by: his children, Terry Lee Johnson (Penny Huff) of Medford, OK and LaDeana Nelson (Chuck) of Enid; his grandson Wes Nelson (Lacy); his great grandchildren, Luke, Tucker, Bryce and Kyler Nelson of Enid; his grandson Duncan Nelson (Jessie); his great grandchildren, June and Waylon Nelson of Pawnee, OK.; his sister Mary Lou Goucher (Neil) of Waynoka; and his sisters-in-law, Jeanie Johnson McDonald of Fairview, OK and Wanda Gordon of Enid.
Memorial contributions in Dean's name may be given to the Hospice Circle of Love with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
