He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Madison and Vera Frey Madison. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his sons, Lyle Madison of Carrier, Marty Madison of Enid and Dana Wilson of Edmond; his stepsons, Jeff Rude of Bartlesville and Mickey Rude of Enid; and his sisters, Sue (Joe Burk) of Bozeman, Montana and Diana Ward of New Jersey. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren 9 great-grandchildren.
The family has requested memorial donation checks be made payable to Enter. His Gates Kids Ministry instead of flowers.
