He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Moore and Ruby Moore; his wife Letha Moore; and his brothers, Leon, Jim and Pat Moore.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Emerson of Enid and Jacqueline Dunn (Timothy) of Pawnee, Oklahoma; his brother Don Moore (Mary) of Washington, Oklahoma; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Royalty of Faye, Linda Hiatt of Rush Springs and Eleanor Moore of Burns Flat, Oklahoma. He is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in his honor to the Shriner's Children's Hospital with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian of the funds.
