He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Adams and Grace Adams; and his sister Joyce Adams Curtis. He is survived by: his daughters, Dana Stone and Terri Blakley; his grandchildren, Erin Stone Fong, Sean Stone, Katherine Blakley, Matthew Blakely and Sarah Blakley; and his sister Margaret Barker.
Memorial contributions in Walter's name may be made to Plains Indians & Pioneers Museum in Woodward with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
