She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Funk and Anna Funk (Richardson). She is survived by: her husband Rick Evans; her children, Jessica Brooke (Ozgur) of Oakville, Ontario and Phillip Evans (Anna) of Cushing; her grandchildren, Sean, Ayden of Oakville, Gunner and Ethan; her child Brooks of Cushing; and her brother Robert Funk of Oklahoma City. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given in her honor to St. Jude's Children's Hospital with Palmer Marler Funeral home serving as custodian of the funds.
