He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Stevens and Vernal Stevens (O'Dell); and his wife Hazel Mae Stevens (Josserand). He is survived by: his sister Donna Mae McCumber of Hinton; his daughter Lisa Stevens (David Winkler) of Arlington; and his grandsons, Stefan Winkler and Benjamin Winkler.
Memorials may be made to Oklahoma 4-H Foundation, or to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, with Anderson-Burris serving as custodian of the funds.
