She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Mantz; and her brother Wesley Mantz. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Mantz of Ponca City, OK.; her sons, Steven Hager (Cristin) and Travis Hager (Kandi); her grandchildren, Callan Hainline, Keira Hainline, Jaxon Hager, Easton Hager and Kennedy Hager; and her brothers, Kevin Mantz of Derby, KS, Bryan Mantz of Newkirk, OK and Jeff Mantz of Kearney. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
