It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tonya Cagle (Enid, Oklahoma), who passed away on June 17, 2019, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Panhorst and Cathy Panhorst; and her close friend Deborah Stewart. She is survived by: her husband Frank Luckette of Enid; her children, Chris Lee of Enid, Chelsey Pike (Christopher) of Tulsa, Chad Cagle of Enid, Jimmy Cagle of Enid, Josh Cagle of Enid, Ricky Cagle of Enid, Cody Cagle of Enid, Haley Panhorst of Enid, Mark of Jay, OK, Anthony of Jay, OK, Ashley of Jay, OK and Andrew Luckette of Jay, OK; and her sisters, Jamie Fournier of Enid and Tommi Ely of Owasso, OK. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
