He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Kutz and Ivan Kutz; his siblings, Jim and Kae; and his grandparents, Mabel, Mervyn Kutz and Mrs Fishinghawk.
He is survived by: his sister Patti Elliott (John); his aunt Barbara; and his uncles, Jerry Erwin and Mike White. He is also survived by many nieces, neighbors, cousins, aunts and uncles as well as many great friends.
