He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Collins and Mary Collins; and his siblings, Ann Kaurkane, Jeannie Keith, Steve Collins, Jerry Collins and Paul Benton.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Marie Landt; his children, Tawnya (Jeff Jackson), Kristi Collins of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Wesley Michael Collins (Mike McGuire), Ginette (Mike Rich) and Stephanie (Tim Lukenbaugh); and his siblings, Carol Andrasko, Debbie Boren and Charlie Collins. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great grandson and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the ALS Association in memory of Mike.
