He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lavicky and Agnes Lavicky (Pospisil); and his brother Marty (Ann). He is survived by: his wife Anita Blaser.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ladusau Evans Funeral Home (2800 N Van Buren St, Enid, OK 73703). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (110 N Madison St, Enid, OK 73701).
