He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Greenstreet On; his sons, Ronnie of Enid, Dennis of Minco and Randy (Irma) of Oklahoma City; and his siblings, Sara Rose Salter of Wasilla, Kathy Fletcher Taylor of Enid, Joyce Padgett of Enid, Allen of Enid and Ronald Eugene (Adena) of Golden. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
