He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Clark and Truba West Clark; and his sisters, Gerri Kay, Sherri Gay and Joni Sue.

He is survived by: his children, Key Clark (Ashley) of Peoria, AZ and Amber Lemke of Oregon; and his grandchildren, Justin Lemke, Kylie Lemke, Jade Clark and Koda Clark.
