He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Shepard and Freda Shepard (Browning); his grandson Kyle Shepard; and his brothers, Bob, Herb, Francis, Joe and Clifford.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Settlemires; his children, Kelvin Shepard (Tracy), Angie Hughes (Shawn), Amy Spinelli (Chris) and Kelley Shepard; his grandchildren, Emme (EJ), Luke, Simon, Leigh and Sasha; and his siblings, Jim (Maxine Shepard) and Susie (Gary Smith). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends he loved.
