She is survived by: her father Floyd O'Banion; her son Jeffrey (Amy Worth); her grandchildren, Emily Riggs (Caleb), Hannah Kennedy (Kyle), Strawdie Worth and Zachary Worth; her great grandchild Bentley Kennedy; and her sisters, Debbie Patton and Cindy Waltman. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
