She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Johnson and Marvel; her husband Roger Washburn; her daughter Teresa Northcutt; her son-in-law Kenneth Northcutt; and her brother Donald Johnson.
She is survived by: her former husband James White; her children, Donald James (Joy) of Wichita and Annette Louise of Purcell; her grandsons, John Northcutt, James Northcutt, Daniel White, Matthew White and Jason Thompson; her sister Joyce Matteson of Quinlan; and also Georgia Ann Johnson of Owasso. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
