She was predeceased by: her parents, Modesto Amaya and Higinia Castrillo Flores; her siblings, Jacinto, Tom, Kelly, Olivia and Victoria (Fernando); and her children, Gregory, Pierre, Mercedes and Trudy.
She is survived by: her children, Fernando Carmen (Grettie) of Los Angeles, CA, Virgil (Jane) of Belize City, Belize, Freddy (Sandy) of Fullerton, CA and Shalom (James) of Elgin, OK.; her sister Dominga; and her husband Fernando Palacio. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
