She was predeceased by: her mother Ruby M. Burdick Sparks. She is survived by: her father Leroy W. Sparks; her husband Dennis Hladik; her sons, Joseph "Joe" Hladik (Jennifer) of Stillwater, John Hladik (Courtney) of Colwich and Gregory "Greg" Hladik (Melissa) of Mansfield, Texas; her grandchildren, Emery, Ethan, Lilia, Harlow, Ella, Piper, London, Kruse and Marco; and her sisters, Anita (Don Wellman) of Enid, Donna (Roy Gay) of Enid, Nancy (Jeff Enabnit) of Enid and Susan (Ken Kenner) of Vernon, Texas..
