He was predeceased by: his mother Darlene Duncan. He is survived by: his father Ronnie Duncan; his sister Terrica Grunewald (John) of Tulsa; and his nieces and nephews, Greg, Sarah, Jordan, Madeline and John III. He is also survived by nine great nephews and nieces.
