It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rusann Kay (Enid, Oklahoma), who passed away on December 17, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Walser and Virginia Walser (McCoy); and her brother Mike Walser. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Hale of Western Oklahoma and Jeff Hale of McKinney; her daughter-in-law Cindy Hale; and her grandchildren, Heather and Asher Hale of McKinney, Texas..
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Enid Cemetery (212 W Willow Rd, Enid, OK 73701).
Memorials may be made in her honor to the Oklahoma Medical Research Fund with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian of the funds.
