She is survived by: her husband James Earl McDonald Jr.; her former husband Otis Lloyd Hasty; her children, Jack McDonald, Judy Denlinger and Dr. Theodore Dale Hasty; and her brothers, Glen Dale Sacket and Larry James Sacket. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
