She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara McCray (Kershner) and Clarence McCray; her husband Leslie Hackett; her son Larry Hackett; her siblings, Annie McCray, Evelyn Lawrence, Arthur McCray (Bud) and Harold McCray; and her niece Tonya Farrand.
She is survived by: her daughter Patti Jones of Enid; her daughter-in-law Marla Hackett of Ft. Worth; her grandsons, Kyle Hackett, Jeremy Hackett of Ft. Worth and Ian Hackett of Tecumseh; and her siblings, Joyce Murray of Enid, Linda Farrand of Ft. Supply and Phillip McCray of Enid. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great- nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to The American Lung Association or the American Heart Association with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
