He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Mott and Lois Brooks Mott; and his son Darren. He is survived by: his wife Leota Rich; his daughter Cindy Leslie (Monte) of Stillwater; his grandchildren, Melonie Tanksley (Joey) and Kyle Leslie (Aubrie); his great grandchildren, Mya, Addison Tanksley, Ethan, Zachary, Cole and Rhett Leslie; and his siblings, Cheryl Percival (Marvin) and Darole Mott (Judy). He is also survived by four nephews and several other family members.
Memorials may be made to Oakwood Christian Church with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory serving as custodians of the funds.
