He was predeceased by: his wife Patty Ann Foster Wilcox. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Wilcox, Cheryl Lucas and Brian Wilcox (Marlis); his siblings, Keith Wilcox (Sina), Marjorie Sacket (Richard), Colletta Wharton (Alan) and Evyette Herman (Larry); and his sisters-in-law, Linda Foster and Leota Randleman. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
