He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Zolnierz and Lucia Zolnierz (De Couto). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Zolnierz; his children, Marc (Kathryn) of Hays, KS and Melissa (Travis) of Joplin, MO; his grandchildren, Joseph and Emily; his brother Michael (Phyllis) of Swansea, MA; his niece Jennifer; and his nephews, Matthew and Daniel.

Memorials may be made in his honor to the Enid Cat Clinic with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian of the funds.
