He was predeceased by: his parents, Royce Kelly and Peggy Kelly (Staudt). He is survived by: his wife Karen Atkinson; his sons, Travis Kelly (Pamela) of Denver, CO and Justin Kelly (Ginger) of Enid; his grandchildren, Tayler, Preston Kelly of Denver and Alex Tulk of Ft. Worth, TX; his great grandchild Zeydin Peterson of Denver; and his siblings, Jim Kelly of Enid and Kathy Daniels of Enid. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
Memorial contributions in Bob's name may be made to the American Cancer Society with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
