He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pack and Bessie Sanders Pack of Mary's Hospital. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Everhart; his children, Joe, Brandy, Cory, John, Brittney, Courtney and Ashley; and his siblings, Roger and Trudy. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and two great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
