He was predeceased by: his parents, Dillon Manning and Amy Helen Manning; his son Derrick Manning; and his brother Charles Manning. He is survived by: his wife Debra Lynn Marsh; his grandson Legend Manning; his children, Bruce Manning (Kristie) of Owasso and Alisa Tefft (Chad) of Pond Creek; his grandchildren, Dylan (Tiara Tefft), Lauren, Caden Tefft and Macade Manning; his great grandchildren, Brooks and London Tefft; and his siblings, Sandy Brewer, Monna Barrick, Carol James, G. A. Green and Jerry Green.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brown-Cummings Funeral Home (400 W Maple Ave, Enid, OK 73701). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Brown-Cummings Funeral Home Chapel (400 W Maple Ave, Enid, OK 73701).
