He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Evans and Stella Mae Evans; and his siblings, Mark Evans, Julie Kennedy and Mick Evans (Virginia).
He is survived by: his daughter Jessica (Ozgur) of Oakville; his grandchildren, Sean and Aydin; his son Phillip (Anna) of Cushing; and his grandchildren, Gunner, Ethan and Brooks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
