He is survived by : his wife Carolyn; his sons, Damien Starks (Brenda), Bryan Wittlinger (Melissa) and Anthony Wittlinger; his grandchildren, Chandler, Channing, Haley and Austin; and his cousin Serena Murphy Ferrera. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Memorials in memory of Richard may be made to the Enid Maine Nazarene Church or to a Church of Donor's Choice, and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
