He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Koehn and Christine Koehn (Morgan). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Hubbart; his children, Shannon Hurst (Chris) of Enid, Josh Koehn (Amber) of Hennessey and Shelly Hladik (Brett) of Hennessey; his grandchildren, Christopher Hurst (Brittany), Kalob Hurst (Bella), Mason Hurst, Cannon Hurst, Paityn, Blakely, Jake Koehn, Makenzie, Addisyn and Maggie Hladik; his great grandchild Everett Hurst; and his sister Sandy Bittle (Rick). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and loving friends.

Memorial donations may be made to Redeemer Lutheran with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
