He was predeceased by: his former wife Kim Anh Bui; and his granddaughter Christine Doan. He is survived by: his wife Tina Thuy; his children, Quy Ngoc Ninh of Enid, Anthony Ninh of Enid and Anh Ninh (Quyet Doan) of Oklahoma City; his granddaughters, Melissa Doan, Tiffany Doan, Katie Doan and Anna Doan; and his siblings, Quang Ngoc Ninh of Vietnam and Quyen Ninh of Vietnam. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
