It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Tipton (Enid, Oklahoma), born in Cabool, Missouri, who passed away on May 27, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, James Norman and Sylvia Irene Bartley Weatherman; her husband Leonard; her daughters, Ragena Neimeyer (Billy) of Wichita Falls and Ramona Deppeler (Paul) of Haskell; her grandchildren, Melissa Watson of Enid, MaKayla Nelson of Enid, Wes Nelson of Oklahoma City, Tammy Vaughn of Wichita Falls and Billy Neimeyer, Jr of Wichita Falls; and her sister Vera Lou Haskins of Moreland. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
