She is survived by: her children, Regina Levendosky (Chris), Kriss Smith (Kevin) and Joe Cansler (Donna); and her grandchildren, Ashley, Megan, Brandi, Brandon, Jenna, Logan and Lexi. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
